(ex. Comic/Manga/Cover/Concepts)✦ Artist may use Work in Artist's portfolio (including, but not limited to, any websites or publications that display Artist's works). Client may not mislead others that Work was created by anyone other than Artist.✦ Artist and Client agree that the following rights shall be transferred from Artist to Client upon receipt of full payment: Artist agrees to the perpetual exclusive license of all rights (including, but not limited to, the right to display, modify, transmit, transfer, sell, and create derivative works) to Work to Client, excluding only the right to authorship credit, which is retained by Artist.FOR PERSONAL USED COMMISSION
(ex. Fan art, simple illustrations, for personal use only)✦ I will retain full and exclusive rights to the original artworks.
✦ You may use the illustration for profile pictures, desktop backgrounds/ wallpapers, or printing it for yourself or as a gift.
✦ Using this commission for commercial purposes is prohibited. (ex. Selling merch of the artwork, business branding, or any use for profit.) Unless acquiring a commercial license.
✦ No NFTs
✦ NO A.I. Usage of my art for machine learning/ A.I. is strictly forbidden.
